我們身體的細胞更新一次是90-180天，我們的身體每年都在產生新脂肪細胞以取代那些自然死亡的細胞，它說明我們的身體是嚴格控制脂肪細胞數量的。

所以你的脂肪其實就是身體組織的一部分，它不會因為外力的作用或者被動的運動而消失。
身體也有記憶
就像頭髮掉了在相同的地方還是會長出來，而不會長在你的臉上或身體其他地方；腿斷了會重新癒合，而不會一直斷裂或者長得歪歪扭扭。

這就是身體的記憶，同樣身體對你的體型也是有記憶的。

在你身體的脂肪細胞快速下降，身體會自動啟動它的保護系統防止你的脂肪流失，它會降低你的基礎代謝防止你的脂肪流失。所以即使你吃少量的食物因為你的代謝的降低也不能夠再消耗掉你身體的脂肪了

，這裡還要提醒大家，晚餐之後也不要喝太多的液體，因為人體的消
化系統及泌尿系統為我們工作了一整天了，他們也需要休息，若此時
還給身體大量的水，身體的泌尿系統其實不太想努力工作，也就沒辦
法有效的把水分從身體排出。大家應該有經驗，睡前喝太多水，第二
天起床眼皮是腫的。

★ 早上起床時：喝300C.C.的溫水
喚醒腸胃機能、促進排毒、排便

★ 三餐飯前半小時：各300 C.C.的水
削弱體內的飢餓感

★下午2~5點：各300 C.C.的水
代謝旺盛期喝水增加代謝

★ 其他時間：隨時少量多次補充水分
使細胞水分飽和、促進新陳代謝

★ 晚餐後到睡前：盡量少攝取液體的飲料或水
讓泌尿系統休息、減少水腫的機會

貼心提醒：
1.喝水要喝與室溫同溫的水喔！因為 '冷水、冰水'
會造成消化不良、小腹凸出。
2.一口一口慢慢吞～一次喝太多會消化不良，反而對身體不好喔！
3.運動後，避免攝取含糖分的飲料，以免造成身體負擔喔！
4.不喜歡喝水的水水們，可先從蜂蜜水或檸檬水喝起，最重要的應該是
盡量少喝碳酸飲料和那些含糖量高的飲料，它們會讓你的腹部脂肪增長
