昨天，有个顾客来我网页找我，问我瘦身产品，
跟她解释不多，因为赶着要去送货，就留了一个电话给她。
当时还觉得有点内疚，因为serve不到她。
之后她也没有打过来。
今早就打了过来，说昨晚她有留言，
我就说，你是那位谁谁谁对吧?(还好还可以讲出名字）
她说：对对对。
结果她是已经买了产品，　不过要来询问怎么用，　
虽然不是我的顾客，但是毫不犹豫的就跟她解释怎么用法。　
刚刚，这位可爱的顾客，　又打过来，　
她又再问多一次，　这次她还complaint 那个卖家，
找不到人， sms/whatsapp/wechat 都找不到人，
打电话也没接。

深深的为这个顾客感到可怜，也为这个卖家感到可惜，
你伤害了顾客，顾客找不到你，下次不一定会跟我买，
但是我可以感觉她下次应该也不会找回同样的卖家了。

有时朋友问我, 最近生意好吗?
我只回答说：努力就是旺季，懒惰就是淡季。
