        我们知道影响基础代谢的一个因素是激素水平的调控，体内的甲状腺素，肾上腺素等都对基础代谢有比较大的影响。例如，人在冬天的基础代谢就要比春秋时候高，其中很大部分的因素是为了维持体温，甲状腺素分泌增加，基础代谢升高起到产热增加的作用。但是人体内的激素受到负反馈的作用，也就是激素增多时会抑制腺体减少激素的分泌。而很多减肥药物就是采用外源激素作为其主要成分，这样可以避开体内激素的调节限制。

这种外源激素大多分子结构类似于肾上腺素，如芬氟拉明、西布曲明、安非他命为主要成分的药品。它们主要的作用就是提高代谢或者抑制食欲，但在服用的同时存在很大的副作用，比如致幻，或者对心脏肝脏有不同程度的损害，所以都是被挂在国家禁药黑名单的成分。即便如此，仍有大量的廉价减肥药含有这些成分。有句话叫没有买卖就没有伤害，很多人尤其是女性，明明知道这种不明渠道来的减肥药可能会对身体有害，但为了不用运动还能快速瘦身，抱着赌一把的这种心态显然是不可取的。

3、无效且无害的减肥药

      “左旋肉碱”、“酵素”算得上是这一类的典型代表了。
　　左旋肉碱，曾经在某个电视台的某档知名节目一炮打响，从此几乎达到了家喻户晓的程度，想想也是，左旋肉碱的宣传口号就是“我没毒，我还能帮你减肥”，但是真的有用吗？

　　肉碱这东西作为脂肪酸运往体内的载体，其实要比喻的话，就是等于出租车，乘客如果少了，要那么多出租车也没用。而且这条路还是限速限流量的。多放几辆车也不可能在人行道上开，运完这一批才回来接一下批。所以单纯大量补充左旋肉碱，并不能起到应有的效果。

　     酵素也是最近一段时间比较热的话题，酵素其实叫做酶，至于为什么水果加糖放在罐子发酵这过程不起名叫水果泡菜，而要叫水果酵素，那就不知道了。那么水果酵素能起到的作用，除了帮你补一些糖分或乙醇以及水果中原来含有的膳食纤维，就什么都没有了。至于酶，在一瓶水果酵素里是微量的，就这么微量的酶，通过胃和小肠的时候，基本也就失活了，并不会起到什么保健价值。当然，说无毒副作用，这就是你在家酵素发酵杂菌控制得很理想的情况了。

        对于咖啡因的耐受程度因人而异，有的人喝一杯速溶咖啡都会心悸，大部分的情况下，咖啡因能带来的副作用较小。但是需要注意咖啡因的成瘾性，虽然说这一类减脂补剂有一定效果，但需要配合积极地运动和合理的饮食才行。换个角度说，如果你已经能够保持一定的运动量和合理饮食了，体重必然会有可观的减少，那么像咖啡因这样锦上添花的作用还有没有必要，就见仁见智了。



　四、各种减肥健身器材是否有效？

减肥器材可以分成两种，一种是你坚持了说不定有用，第二种是就算你坚持了也没用。

　　第一种器材比如说跑步机、单车、哑铃、弹力绳这一类常规产品，不要嫌它们笨它们土，配合饮食加上好好利用这些器械，是可以起到很好的减脂效果。

　　第二种器材，就是像保鲜膜、甩脂机一类的。这一类产品想一劳永逸的减脂，当然是不可能的。脂肪不是豆腐，不是震一震就可以碎掉的，身体如果不主动耗能你就算带着腰带摇到没电也没用。同样的，体内的能量产生机制也不是依靠高温到燃点的燃烧，不是你拿保鲜膜捂出一身汗就说明脂肪在燃烧。不仅在相同的运动量下用保鲜膜和不用保鲜膜最终的小号相差无几，而且用保鲜膜还会使身体的汗液无法及时排除堵塞毛孔。
